History
As everybody knows fascist government , with the regulations on secrets association it puts outlawed Freemasonry ( despite this latter was never explicitly mentioned and it interns the grand Master of G.O.I , lawyer Domizio Torrigiani.
Domizio Torrigiani was a great figure of Freemason as, even having taken in a first moment in Provence , he returned to Italy, to hack its responsibilities as leader of the Grand East of Italy, aware of what would happen. He died in 1932 , at his home in Tuscany because of sufferings experienced during the captivity. In 1945 and subsequent years, as many American officials of the Liberation Army were Masons, they were to achieve favorable environmental conditions and time, because Freemasonry resurfaced in Italy.So it was that many of Sovereign Grand Inspectors General awakened from sleep, gave birth to several Lodges, Communions and Families to spread mainly town.
By application for Notary Olindo De Vito, Rome, fifty Masons Freemasonry reconstituted Italianadi Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite on 12.06.1948 with headquarters in Rome in Mercede street.
This was the first, more serious aggregation of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, so we can say that in the early 50s we were reconstructed on a national basis the two traditional and historic Masonic Families who were born in 1908, at the time output and Saverio Fera "Feran" from the Grand Orient of Italy, which until then had been the only Masonic Obedience in Italy.
Saverio Fera Masons and brothers who followed him, founded the National Italian Serenissima GranLoggia Accepted Masons of the Ancient Free – Obedience Square of Jesus , refounded in 1948, after the Second World War, with the act Notary De Vito, which is has said.

MOST ANCIENT HISTORY AND CHRONICLE LATEST
In the years between 1961 and 1962, the Italian National GranLoggia Venice was led by Fr Tito Ceccherini, GM the Order. To investigate the reasons that it is useless here, the fr:. Tito Ceccherini resigned from the post of G.M. however, later withdrew his resignation. This request was not accepted by a group of Brothers Emiliani and Toscani, who had joined the Fr Vincent Milone, Neapolitan lawyer. He was then elected Grand Master of the Most Serene National Grand Lodge Bro John Ghinazzi Italian, Bolognese, staring at the seat of Obedience in Rome, Argentina Square, Palace Vitelleschi. Since that time there were two "Serene National Italian Grand Lodge" to that of the Brothers and Ghinazzi related to GM Tito Ceccherini.
The Most Serene National Grand Lodge of the Most Serene Ceccherini distrusted Ghinazzi from the use of the superlative adjective "Serenissima" and having Tito Ceccherini, on a strictly legal right, Ghinazzi erased from the header of Obedience Palazzo Vitelleschi the word "Serenissima" becoming then the Grand Lodge of Italy. Since that time there were, in addition to the Grand Orient of Italy, the Italian National Serene GranLoggia Tito Ceccherini and Great Loggiad 'John Ghinazzi Italy.Of course, the history of the Serenissima (formerly led by Ceccherini) and the Grand Lodge (led by Ghinazzi until transferred to the Eternal Orient) were held separately and in parallel.
The life of the first, it is important to remember a remarkable event, when put in evidence by the press, it was announced the reunification of the Grand Orient of Italy (Palazzo Giustiniani) with the Most Serene Grand Lodge of the Italian National Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, and then rejoining the "tear" that began in far 1908 and the reconstitution of a single Italian Freemasonry, but shortly after the "marriage" failed, the agreement was revoked and canceled and the SGLNI which resumed its autonomy and its activities.
From the activity of the second (of Great Loggia of Italy Ghinazzi), you must remember two events: the admission of women into the Order in the 50s and, later, the output of almost all the obedience Orient Lodges of Naples.
THE ENTRY OF WOMEN IN THE MASONIC ORDER
Women are present in Freemasonry since the eighteenth century. The "Lodges of Adoption" were the first form of Masonic lodges composed of men and women. There are traces of Lodges of Adoption in Italy, between 1700 and 1800, especially in southern Italy.
After a period of obscurantism, Freemasonry with the presence of women, revived, it is assumed in 1864 in Naples. Its symbol was the Parthenon with two teams and two compasses intertwined.
With the Decree of 15 May 1864 G.M. Giuseppe Garibaldi announced that lodges will be created composed of sisters.
It is considered appropriate to make a mention about the Order and International Mixed Masonic "Le Droit Humain". In 1893, in France, was founded the most ancient mixed Masonry by Marie Deraismes and fr:. Georges Martin, Masonic Obedience devoted to the archetype of ancient esoteric traditions in which men and women have equal dignity, accepting fully the fundamental pillars of modern Freemasonry, Liberty, Equality, Fraternity.
And that friendship leads to the Brotherhood between men and women, and so Virtue, the principle of the Moral Law, joins them under the banner of Equality "(taken from the speech of the Duke of Choiseul-Stainville, dignitary of the Grand Orient of France to end of 1700)
Unlike to England, when the representatives of the four Lodges in London, gathered together in the tavern of "the goose and gridiron" and formed the United Grand Lodge of England, sanctioned the exclusion of women from Freemasonry.
The English Freemasonry lives in this way a deep contradiction: making no distinction of race, religion, political or wealth, discrimination and exclusion, however, "the other half of heaven."
The Italian National SerenissimaGranLoggia Ancient Free and Accepted Masons Or:. Naples, Palazzo Sacramento Masonic Institution Mixed, faithful to the traditions of initiation in which rulers are the Sun and the Moon, receives in its bosom, for decades, the Eternal Feminine Sacred, through the presence of women.
OUT OF THE GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF ALL WORKSHOPS OF THE EAST NAPLES
The facts that caused the out of the Grand Lodge of Italy almost all the workshops of the East Naples were the following:
Grand Lodge of Italy prevailed in the statutory provision that the age of 70 years will lose any charge.
His brother John Ghinazzi for all the elapsed years was Grand Master of the Order and in the Rite Sovereign Grand Commander, but this was only possible for a tacit understanding among all the Venerable Master; Ghinazzi since, as was the Sovereign Grand Commander for life, while as Grand Master of the Order, was systematically confirmed by plebiscite, and every three years by the Grand Assembly convened in elections.
So, Order and Ritual, although two bodies strictly separated, as required by the statutes, were guided by the same person, with the tacit agreement of the Assembly of the Venerable Master.
When Ghinazzi stared to do the 70 years of age and, by statute, he should have abandoned the positions held by many decades for the benevolent condescension of Venerable Master, in the last Grand Assembly that preceded the release of obedience Lodges Neapolitan, the usual consensus in favor of Ghinazzi, was substituted for the first time a big rift. For a little time the Venerable Masters began to manifest impatience with the outcome expected and discounted Large Assemblies. The Brother Ghinazzi was re-elected anyway, but with a slightly higher number of votes of the majority. The rest of the votes were in support of Brother Vincent Milone.
From this we infer that in the next election, not being able to introduced himself, Ghinazzi reached retirement age, was elected Grand Masterand and very probably will be the Brother Milo.
The G.M. Ghinazzi, to not to leave office at the age of 70 years and sure that many more teachers would have voted him anymore, ,he established the Study Commission (CSOF) which would indicate a system to elect one brother to the dual office of Grand Master of the 'order and Sovereign Grand Commander of the Rite, with abolition-of course-the foreclosure of the age limit.
The commission gave birth to a Grand Assembly enlarged, in which the Venerable Master, the Regional Inspector and the members of the Supreme Council elected a brother who, at any age, became GM Order and S.G.C. Rite.
All this was a commission of order and tradition that upset every tradition and annulled every rule.
This mixture, which completely changed the view that the ancient tradition had identified and institutionalized Masonic Order and Ritual, was severely hampered by Fr Vincent Milone Brothers and many Neapolitans, followed by a large number of other Masonic Brethren from other regions.
Ghinazzi reacted by removing the Magistral Delegation to Brother Milo for the regions of Campania and Calabria and Naples Brothers, for fraternal solidarity with him, went out with him and formed a compact obedience Union Masonic Free and Independent, flowing into the Grand Lodge in Venice the Italian National ALAM, staring at the headquarters in Via Bernini initially and then to the Chiaia Riviera -Diaz Palace (Temple opened February 15, 1992), and permanently since 1995 in Via Salvator Rosa 287 - Palace of Sacramento where it is today.
On 14 and 15 February 1987 as a result of contacts between the Brothers Brother Enzo Milo and some of the Versilia, was held, a large convention at the Hotel Holiday Versilia Viareggio. Many brothers from the various East expressed a will to be led by a charismatic and well-known Freemason, who was the brother Enzo Milo.
In November 1988, the temples were opened in Messina and Catania. The Temple was already active in Palermo and Reggio Calabria.
The Most Serene Grand Master Fr Vincent Milo, with his Decrees 11-11-1990 Added appointed Grand Master, Brother Thomas Palumbo, former Grand Orator, Bro Joseph Costa, former Grand Archivist was appointed Grand Orator, and the Fr George Constantine the Great Archivist already added, was appointed Grand Archivist and the Grand Master Bro Victor Milazzo already added, became Vicar.
Reconstituted and reinforced the Order, now present on a national basis, with a balustrade of October 9, 1991 was convened at the Zenith in Rome for a meeting of 10.27.1991 all Elettissimi Brothers and powerful Sovereign Grand Inspectors General, and Staff Members Added of the Supreme Council of Italy, under the chairmanship of the Dean of 33, Fr Pasquale Petrolillo Elettissimo and Powerful, the meeting was considered preparatory work for the resumption of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite.
The meeting was held with great success, was established a work plan, which was fully realized, so at the end of 1992, we can say that the rite was fully functional in all superior rooms and in all its joints, under the guidance of the Sovereign Grand Commander, and the Powerful Elettissimo Petrolillo Fr Pasquale.
Since 1992, Rite and Order have regularly worked and prospered, with the driving experience, in the Order of Friar Vincent Milone and, in the Rite of Fr Aldo Damilano.
On 04/30/1999, the unanimous late lamented , Brother Vincent Milone passed to the Eternal. After the funeral honors, Brother Lucian Grauso, together with Brothers most representative of the Communion for length and charge, Fr Thomas Palumbo asked the court to recognize the legitimacy of succession to Fr Milone, serving as his vicar for many years . Brother Thomas Palumbo, after taking possession of the Great T-Shirt, without waiting for the expiration of three years (falling in December 2000), proclaimed as early as May 1999, the Great Assembly in the election called for 4:05 December 1999, in which he was elected Grand Master and the Most Venerable Fr Luciano Powerful Grauso, who led the National Italian Serenissima GranLoggia Ancient Free and Accepted Masons until 2010.
In 2010 he was elected G.M. Serene National Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted the Italian Muratori, Gr:. Or:. Palace of Naples Sacramento, the fr:. Louis Bastiani.
The fr:. Bastiani Louis was born in Brescia on November 13, 1935, and after classical studies, graduated in law at the University of Modena 10 November 1959 and took on the legal profession.
The fr:. Louis Bastiani was started in April 1978 Apprentice Freemason and Mason as Brescia, is the spiritual heir of a great Masonic tradition that dates back to 700.
Since 2010 the Powerful and Elettissimo fr:. Luciano Grauso holds the position of Sovereign Grand Commander of the Rite SAA.
